Up All Night
Pop-punk’s lewdest and crudest dudes are back! Do you care? Should you? Not really, if ‘Up All Night’ is anything to go by. Much-teased, long-delayed and now finally delivered, Blink 182’s first single in eight years shows little progression and absolutely none of the depth and maturity (honestly, it’s there!) that populated their self-titled 2003 effort. Instead we endure a visit to Generic City, as Mark sounds bored, Tom sounds like Angels And Airwaves and Travis continues to be far and away the best thing in an otherwise listless song. +44 reunion anyone?
