U2 join the Record Store Day 2015 fray
U2 are releasing a 2 x 12", 6,000 limited-edition Deluxe version of Age Of Innocence as their contribution to Record Store Day 2015 on April 18.
Launched yesterday in London with The Coronas supplying the tunes, other vinyl treats that await the early out of bed include The Black Keys & Junior Kin's 'Meet Me In The City', Vampire Weekend 'Step', Wu-Tang Clan's 'Protect Ya Neck', Johnny Cash's In Prague Live, David Bowie & Tom Verlaine's 'Kingdom Come', George Ezra's 'Wanted On Voyage', Foo Fighters' Songs From The Laundry Room, Interpol's 'Everything Is Wrong', Florence + The Machine's 'What Kind Of Man', Bob Marley's Bob Marley Interviews - So Much Thin and Sly & The Family Stone's Live At The Filmore.
Going right back to their roots are Metallica who are unleashing 10,000 copies of their pre-Kill 'Em All demos, No Life Til Leathr, on cassette.
