Túcan and Clive Barnes join forces
Masters of the acoustic guitar Túcan and award-winning Irish guitarist Clive Barnes are joining forces for a special show on July 9
Sligo's Túcan are a four-piece outfit building a serious reputation for their spell-binding guitar virtuosity and intricate drumming, with influences ranging from Tool to Paco de Lucia, Frank Zappa and Kíla, while Barnes is a guitarist who has been described as making one acoustic sound like six, with his potent blend of Delta Blues, Tom Waits and Bruce Springsteen.
Putting the two together should make for one humdinger of a gig!
The show takes place in Whelan's on Friday July 9, with tickets priced at €10.
