Track of the Day: Gnarkats' 'War Cry'

Recorded with The Answer guitarist Paul Mahon, 'War Cry' is the new single from indie outfit Gnarkats set for official release tomorrow, September 28th, but we can provide you with early access to the track below.

It's not the band's first work with Mahon, having also teamed up for their single 'Enigma' from earlier this year. The three-piece have been steadily building a solid following since their formation in 2015, dropping their debut EP Waves Collide to positive reviews the following year and subsequently gaining support in Dublin and Belfast with features in The Thin Air and The Last Mixed Tape as well as radio play on RTE2fm and varying BBC radio channels.

'War Cry' should follow in a similar vein, with its catchy mesh of indie-pop harmonies and heavier rock sounds. You can listen to the track below.
