Rod Stewart pulls postponed show on doctor's orders
After postponing it for 24 hours, Rod Stewart has now been forced to cancel his Lansdowne Road show due to throat problems.
Reads an official statement: "The concert cannot be rescheduled due to the lack of venue availability. Every effort has been made by Rod and the promoters MCD and OBAM to reschedule, but this has proved impossible.
"Rod is extremely disappointed but stressed that every effort will be made to make it up to his Irish fans at some point in the very near future."

Full ticket refunds will be available from the point of purchase from June 25th.
