Tobi A releases debut EP Aria

The Irish R'n'B scene has just found its new shining star: Following the release of his previous single, 'Hope', Tobi A has shared his debut EP, Aria, today.

Tobi A says about his first EP, "Aria is a collection of five different tracks in which I touch on subjects such as love and mental health. I really wanted to share my experiences in this EP in the hopes that people would be able to relate to the experiences."

According to the Laois singer, the name comes from an Italian term used for a long song accompanying a solo voice, typically in an opera or oratorio. It is the part where the character can express their deepest emotions.

With standout tracks such as 'Hope' and 'Chameleon', Tobi A really is very likely to have a stronghold over the R'n'B scene. The singer-songwriter with the smooth jazzy voice and an ear for hooks is definitely one to watch from the Anomaly Collective in 2020.
