Tinted Glass EP
This Dublin hard-rock five-piece (who've been around for the best part of ten years) blend a host of influences including the vocal dynamics of The Killers, the melodic smarts of Nickelback and the attitude of Lizzy in their prime. The anthemic, radio-friendly opener, 'Growing Stranger,' is as compelling and irresistible a rocker as you'll hear all year, while the title-track boasts Slash-style guitar riffage and a rousing chorus. The third track, 'Take' is a tad quirkier, with martial drumming lending it a Big Country ('Fields of Fire') texture. Loud, proud and very good indeed!
