This Is A Conversation

As their experimental third album hits virtual shelves online and physical ones across the country, Limerick’s finest folk rockers Windings would like to get a few things straight. For one, their song ‘This Is A Conversation’ is not in fact a conversation. For another, as the title of their record I Am Not The Crow helpfully points out, no-one in camp Windings belongs to the Corvidae family. Once you’ve got that much down, all that’s left it to wrap your ears around this terribly jaunty single of theirs, which sees them pad out their typically skeletal sound with grinding guitars and charging percussion.
