The man who brought you debut album Marriage back in August - a marvellous collection of flawed and joyous folk-pop, I might add - has decided to offer up Groom's first single for bubcus and if you're in the market for some boisterous horns and quirky arrangements, you'll lap this track right up. 'This Golden Age' is a confident ode to the good 'ol days, with songwriter Michael Stevens crooning; "Did I spend so much time, back in school, with my biros and maths/Just to give all my sweat to a state that’s unburdened and crass?"
