The Minute I Saw It

Hippy L.A (now there's two words you don’t hear together often) outfit Chief make music steeped in 1970s stoner rock, that just begs to be compared to Crosby, Stills and Nash and The Band. 'The Minute I Saw It' sees them pair Fleet Foxes harmonies with grubby trucker rock and it's a combination that only kind of works. They certainly do have a lot of hair for just four people, but I'm not sure we'll still be hailing this Chief in five years time.
