The Mary Wallopers announce five-night run at Glasgow's Barrowland Ballroom

Dundalk-based band The Mary Wallopers have announced five back-to-back gigs at Glasgow's Barrowland Ballroom. The shows will run from December 17-21.

The news comes just after the release of the folk group's new music video for their July single 'The Juice'.

The band originally started as a trio and, in 2019, they released their debut EP A Mouthful of the Mary Wallopers. 

The now 5-piece band has released two albums 2022's The Mary Wallopers and 2023's Irish Rock N Roll.

Recently, The Mary Wallopers performance at the Victorious festival in the UK was cut short after the band displayed a Palestinian flag.

Tickets for all five nights of the band's Glasgow shows go an sale Friday, August 19, however, the group is offering pre-sale codes for Wednesday, August 17 if fans sign up for their mailing list.
