The Jiggs is (coming) up
Ireland's favourite Idahoan (and believe us the competition is quite fierce) Josh Ritter returns with new single 'Me & Jiggs' and an 8-date Irish tour
The Frames' chum, Josh Ritter, returns to Ireland next month for soirees at the Spirit Store, Dundalk (March 1st); McGarrigle's, Sligo (2nd); Cleere's, Kilkenny (3rd); Roisin Dubh, Galway (4th); King's Bar, Waterford (5th); The Lobby, Cork (6th); Whelan's, Dublin (7th); and The Stables, Mullingar (8th).
The Idaho-born singer-songwriter comes armed with a new EP, Me & Jiggs, which along with the title track features versions of 'Come And Find Me' and 'Rainslicker' that were recorded for Galway Bay FM's Jon Richards Show. His latest album, Golden Age of Radio - heretofore only available in this country at live shows - is also set for a good ol' fashioned proper Irish release very soon.
Stay tuned for an upcoming video interview - including a special one-time-only acoustic performance - from Mr Ritter, here at hotpress.com.
