The Art Of Rap comes to IFI

Ice-T documentary Something From Nothing: The Art Of Rap is screening in various Dublin venues this Thursday (its world premiere), including Temple Bar's IFI.

The doc explores how the genew has developed over the past 30 years, and features such hip hop heavyweights as Mos Def, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Nas, D.J. Premier, Q-Tip, Raekwon, Rakim, Common and Kanye West.

AS well as the film screening, viewers will enjoy a live performace by Ice-T and guests via satellite, as well as a Q&A with the rapper afterwards.
