The 1975 announce 3Arena date
Quartet scheduled to hit Irish shores in March
The 1975 have announced a visit to Dublin's 3Arena for March.
The indie-pop-rock quartet drove fans spare earlier this year by teasing a break-up, only to clarify the cryptic clues as signifying a new beginning for the group, who exploded onto the scene with their eponymous debut LP two years ago.
Indeed, the renaissance theme has been revisited ahead of their New Year tour; in a letter to fans, lead singer Matt Healy said, "Our new record signifies the start of a new world for us, a more colourful world a less colourful world."
Tickets for the March 24 show go on sale this Thursday, priced at €35.
