Tapes & Money
Orlando Higginbottom (presumably not his real name) is better known as Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs (definitely not his real name), although from what I gather, outside of UK dance circles and the small community of people who buy Katy Perry remix albums, he’s not particularly known as either. That’s all about to change with ‘Tapes & Money’, a tasty piece of throwback house pop built around a divine muted vocal, some ping-ponging electro bleeps and a club-ready ‘Feet don’t fail me now’ refrain. If you must lump TEED together with another act, make it one with hooks to burn – think Metronomy or Hot Chip
