Sweet Upon The Vine
I have a real problem with how chewy and light 'Sweet Upon The Vine' is, and maybe, just maybe, it has something to do with the fact that even though it's August, I'm not kicking back on a hay ride in a gingham dress gnawing on a crabapple. I am, instead, wearing my winter cardigan indoors, but of course I can't pin that unfortunate circumstance on honky pop foursome Favourite Sons. What they can be blamed for is strolling a little too far into Cutesville, Tweetown or any other terrible geographical analogy you can think of. Note: warm-blooded non-cynics may feel differently.
