Stars unite for Christy Dignam show
Shane Macgowan, Gavin Friday, Paul Brady, Bressie and more will play the Olympia this June.
The Irish music community was deeply saddened to learn that Aslan's frontman, the iconic Christy Dignam, was diagnosed with cancer in March.
In a display that highlights the esteem in which he is held, some of our country's finest artists are coming together to put on a show in his honour.
'A Night For Christy' takes place on Friday June 21, and will see a host of big names sing from the Aslan set list.
The evening will feature performances Bressie, Danny O'Reilly (The Coronas), Horslips, Ryan Sheridan, Paul Brady, Shane MacGowan, Mary Black, Don Mescall,Tom Dunne (Something Happens), Jerry Fish, Steve Wall (The Stunning), Gavin Friday, members of Westlife, Paul Walsh (Royseven).
You can also expect many more special guests, as the final line-up is kept secret.
