Spirit In The System
They’re no Pendulum!
Ever since their inception in 2004, the Qemists have always been viewed as Pendulum’s plucky younger brothers and sadly it seems like the label isn’t going to disappear any time soon, as their second album has failed to capitalize on the balls to the wall, sonic insanity that was their debut Join The Q. Featuring a string of guest vocalists that fail to live up to their famed Mike Patton collaboration of two years ago (Jenna G, Enter Shikari, the bloke from the Automatic) Spirit In The System lacks that all-important spark of greatness. A disappointing affair.
Key Track: ‘Dirty Woods’
