Songs From The Sparkle Lounge
Songs From The Sparkle Lounge offers spandex-flavoured high-jinks as big-haired rockers Def Leppard reclaim their mojo.
The Leppards may have lost their teeth years ago, but judging from the material on offer on their new album Songs From The Sparkle Lounge, they sure remember how to bite. After more than a few wilderness years and an ill-advised turn down an alleyway marked AOR, Joe Elliot and Co. have turned their amps back up to ‘11’ and are rockin’ once more. New single ‘Nine Lives’ is a filthy four minutes of ‘80s riffola and if you’re a fan of the Lepps you’ll be digging out your spandex and squeezing into it in no time, as the band are back to their big-haired best. Rock with your cocks out.
