Solar Taxi - free INEC gig this weekend
The Waterford act's performance will be streamed live on Facebook...
To coincide with the release of their debut album, Waterford act Solar Taxi will embark on a nationwide tour this month. They'll open with a show at the INEC Acoustic Club's 'Homegrown Sessions' in Killarney this Friday, September 21.
The band's brand new album, titled Broken Brother’s Secret Bells, is cram-filled with electro dancefloor tunes influenced by the likes of Goldfrapp, Fever Ray and Daft Punk, and first single ‘Zodiac’ has already received much critical acclaim.
Going forward, gigs still to take place as part of the Homegrown Sessions are: runawayGO (September 28), The Flaws (October 6), Campaign LK (November 10), Red Empire (December 8), The Shoos (21).
The INEC are streaming these live sessions via their Facebook page. If you can't make it to the Kingdom for the show (it's free in!), be sure to log on and enjoy.
