Slipknot 'The Negative One' - Track Review
Mask-clad mentalists Slipknot return. ’The Negative One’ is a ferocious effort from a band who have gone to hell and back over the last six years. Their first new material since the death of bassist Paul Gray and the departure of drummer/driving force Joey Jordison, the remaining members have channelled Roots-era Sepultura for the offering and it’s as blood-thirsty and bombastic as anything they’ve released. Don’t count the biggest metal band of their generation out just yet.
