Sky Ferreira defends herself against internet bullies
The singer has experienced “bulling” over the perceived delay of her impending album
Sky Ferreira has defended herself against internet bullies who have been putting pressure on her about the date of her impending album Massochism.
Ferreira recently confirmed that the album is due to drop this summer.
Yesterday the model-turned-singer hit back at those who have criticised her for the “delay”, tweeting “Bullying me on the Internet or whatever will not make the process faster.”
Ferreira also mentioned "doing lots of other (creative) things" in her tweets.
The indie-pop princess was recently cast in the new Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) film Baby Driver and will also star in Jessica Manafort’s film entitled Rosy. Both titles are scheduled for a 2017 release.
Massochism is being produced by Ariel Rechtshaid (Adele, Beyoncé), alongside executive producer Mike Dean (Kanye West) and Kendrick Lamar’s producer Rahki.
Check out the tweets she directed at online bullies below.
