The Riptide Movement drop a new single and nationwide tour announcement
Dublin four-piece The Riptide Movement are back with the release of their eagerly anticipated new single “Something Special” today.
After announcing tour dates at The Limelight in Belfast and The Olympia Theatre in Dublin just a few weeks ago, The Riptide Movement is back with a full ‘Something Special Tour’ this autumn. The tour is in celebration of their latest single, ‘Something Special’ which just dropped today.
‘Something Special’ is the second single released off the band’s upcoming EP. The guitar-driven anthem is uplifting and energising, with a massive chorus. The song was co-produced in Attica Studios with Tommy McLoughlin.
With four studio albums to their name - most notably The RTÉ Choice Music Prize nominated, Gold selling, Number 1 Album Getting Through - Dublin four piece The Riptide Movement are renowned for their phenomenal live shows and soaring, guitar driven, energetic tracks.
Having toured extensively throughout the world, The Riptide Movement have also released an environmentally conscious web series called “Plastic Oceans’ in association with Clean Coasts.
The Riptide Movement will release their new EP in September, followed by the UK and European Leg of “The Something Special Tour” in October 2019.
