Richard Thompson for Vicar St.
The legendary British folk rocker is over in July.
Richard Thompson has announced a July 16 visit to Vicar St., tickets for which are €33.60 and go on sale on Monday April 11.
The recipient of a BBC Lifetime Achievement Award, Thompson cut his teeth as an 18-year-old with Fairport Convention, produced three classic folk rock albums with his ex-wife Linda and has continued to dazzle as a solo artist.
A veritable songwriter’s songwriter, Teddy's dad has had his work covered by everyone from Robert Plant and Dave Gilmour to Elvis Costello and The Corrs.
