Raglans, Joe Rooney & more added to Indiependence
The Mitchelstown festival just got a fresh injection of musical, comedic and spoken word talent.
Taking place August 1 – 3, INDIE14 was already shaping up to be quite the eclectic event, with the likes of Public Enemy and Tom Odell all set to play.
Now organisers have announced a whole host of additions across the board. In musical terms, Raglans, Colour // Sound, Benny Smiles, Johnny Rep, Danny Battles,Kodakid, The Amazing Apples, Cronin, Audible Joes and Lennoko are now signed up.
Over on the Comedy Stage, the first names to be revealed are Joe Rooney, Pat McDonnell, John Collery, Gary Cooke and Ding Dong Denny O'Reilly.
Elsewhere, the Spoken Word stage has an expanded bill for its second year. Slam poets John Cummins and Colm Keegan will be there, as will Wasps vs Humans, Jinx Lennon and much more.
Bacardi Arena announcements are on the way.
Weekend camping is priced at €99. Go to [link]www.facebook.com/INDIEPENDENCEFEST[/link] for festival updates and ticket giveaways
