Raglans, August Wells & Overhead, The Albatross among first batch of KnockanStockan acts
We're counting down the days to the Blessington bash!
KnockanStockan have revealed the first 50 acts that will be descending on Blessington Lakes from July 22-24.
The seven stage action features Æ MAK, Raglans, Overhead, The Albatross, August Wells, Beach, The Altered Hours, Booka Brass Band, Vernon Jane, Pretty Beast, Enemies, Sample Answer, ETC, Feather, Meltybrains?, i am niamh, Ilenkus, Jiggy, Malojian, MEGACONE, Spines, Mescalito, The Hot Sprockets, Oh Boland, Robocobra Quartet, Naoise Roo, New Secret Weapon, Orchid Collective, Shrug Life, Ye Vagabonds, The Vincent(s), Peppy, The Eskies, Crow Black Chicken, Elm, Slackers Symphony, Mongrel State, Red Enemy, ZASKA, Search Party Animal, Profound, Slouch, Come On Live Long, The Hard Chargers, White Mice, This Other Kingdom, THUMPER, Paddy Dennehy & The Red Herring, TooFools and Val Normal.
New this year are the Animal Barn, a new performance and visual art space where you’ll be able to enjoy Table Wrestling, Upturned Turtle Céili and the famous Sinclair Disco Bike and the Riddim Shack & Native Café where reggae, R’n’B and Afro-Brazilian will reign supreme.
With 100 other acts including the three-dayer's special guests still to be announced, it's going to be quite the party!
