Radioactive Man
An inspired combination of deep and dancefloor sensibilities, Radioactive Man is an understated classic.
Although Andrew Weatherall’s importance in the grand scheme of electronic music can never be underestimated, the other Two Lone Swordsman. Keith Tenniswood rarely gets a look in. Let’s not forget that, apart from his Swordsmen duties, Keith has also worked with the likes of David Holmes, and is one of the UK’s most underrated DJs.
Hopefully this, his debut Radioactive Man album will bring him the long overdue recognition he deserves. Hewn from the metallic break beat sound he plays out, most of the material here has an irresistibly melodic feel, while the shuffling, funky techno of ‘Do The Radioactive’ shows he hasn’t forgotten his more traditional 4/4 roots. An inspired combination of deep and dancefloor sensibilities, Radioactive Man is an understated classic.
