Currently based in Brooklyn, Dublin producer Somadrone is just about ready to drop his fourth album (he’s been making music under the moniker since 1998, no less) The First Wave, and he’s made one euphoric track, ‘Pulse Of Joy’ available online as a free taster. Though not as immediately ambitious as the spellbinding fare on 2010’s Depth Of Field, it’s every bit as stunning, thanks to some shimmering electronic hoots and clicks.
