Man Plans God Laughs arrive like a thief in the night.
Righteous hip-hop pioneers Public Enemy have hopped aboard the 'surprise album' bandwagon today, as their 15th studio effort hit the internet in the early hours of the morning.
Man Plans God Laughs (great title) is now available to purchase via their online store and stream on Spotify. It gets its official, physical release July 25. Check out the title track's video below. We'll next hear from Public Enemy in a live context, when they join The Prodigy for gigs in Dublin's 3Arena on November 30 and the SSE Arena in Belfast (formerly The Odyssey) on December 1.
