Prosperous Market opens in Workman's Club
This Saturday sees James Yorkston play the Dublin all-dayer.
Beloved Scottish folk star James Yorkston will be but one of the many highlights of the inaugural Prosperous Market this weekend. The live music event and all-day market will take place in The Workman's Club, Dublin, on Saturday December 8 and will bring terrific live acts, hot food, cake stalls, books, comics, vinyl and toys & crafts together under one glorious roof.
With acts due to be staggered throughout the day, there will be fine sounds emanating from one of the venue's many corners at all times, and you can look forward to a bill that includes not only the aforementioned Yorkston, but also Lisa O'Neill, Seamus Fogarty, Caoimhin O Raghallaigh and Pat Ingoldsby.
It all kicks off from 2pm. All ages are welcome, the market is free, while admission to the music is priced at €15. Go to [link]www.theworkmansclub.com[/link] for more details.
