Paul Weller announces Fairview Park gig
Tickets for the show are available this Friday, October 24, at 9AM via Ticketmaster.ie
Paul Weller has announced a major gig at Dublin's Fairview Park on June 28, 2026.
The Ivor Novello Award and BRIT Award winner released his new album, Find El Dorado, earlier this year.
Produced by Steve Craddock, Find El Dorado is a collection of covers featuring special guests such as Noel Gallagher, Robert Plant and Declan O’Rourke – whose 2021 album, Arrivals, was produced by Weller.
Weller achieved fame in the late 1970s as the guitarist and principal singer and songwriter of the rock band The Jam, alongside Bruce Foxton and Rick Buckler. The band gained significant critical and commercial success in the United Kingdom.
Much of Weller's songwriting is rooted in English society, with many of his songs with the Jam featuring lyrics about working-class life. He was the principal figure of the '70s and '80s mod revival, often referred to as "The Modfather", and had an influence on Britpop bands like Oasis.
Following the split of The Jam at the end of 1982, Weller formed The Style Council with Mick Talbot, where he explored a wide variety of other musical styles, including pop, jazz, soul, hip hop, folk and classical.
Beginning his solo career in the early 1990s, Weller has achieved eight number-one albums to date.
Tickets for the show are available this Friday, October 24, at 9AM via Ticketmaster.ie
