Past, Present and Future
Staking himself a spot on the North's increasingly yummy electronic scene this month is 21-year-old Armagh producer SertOne, and with a debut EP as searing as The View From Above, he's pretty much elbowed his way to the top of the pile. 'Past, Present And Future' is a groovesome piece of blue-eyed hip hop that marks the 21-year-old out as the cleverest new beat manipulator in the country. One minute in and you're genuinely itching to find out where he got those samples from. 'Riviera Part 1 + 2' features the finest vocal dicing this side of Saint Tropez, and the basement beats on 'Ammunition' are down-right brutal. Don't spare the horses.
