Tickets for Oxegen 2008, which has now been expanded into a three-day festival, go on sale next week.
The 2008 edition of the festival will take place at Punchestown Racecourse from July 11-13. Organisers have announced that a limited number of early-bird weekend with camping tickets are going on sale at 2007 prices on November 30 at 8am. These tickets are priced at €197.50, with a free car park space available for every four tickets booked.
There is also a ticket pre-sale available to registered users of Oxegen's website (www.oxegen.ie), who will be able to purchase from midnight on November 27 until 7am on November 30. All ticket sales are limited to 4 per person.
The event is strictly 17s and over only and the organisers say ID will be checked vigorously before entry, with under-17s only being admitted if accompanied by guardian/relative 25 years or older. The organisers are warning that those who purchase tickets and ignore these conditions will be refused entry with no refund.

The festival's campsite is set to open on the Thursday, but those wishing to set up early will need to buy a Thursday Camping ticket in advance for an additional €20. As always, the organisers will be urging fans to use public transport when traveling to the site, with Dublin Bus and Marathon Travel providing a range of shuttle services throughout the weekend.
The Oxegen 2008 lineup is set to be announced in February.
