Nothing But Thieves announce new album Stray Dogs and 3Arena show
Check out the lead single ‘Evolution’ below.
Southend five-piece Nothing But Thieves have announced the release of their fifth album Stray Dogs for September 25 via RCA/Sony Music.
The record will be supported by their biggest tour to date, including a show in 3Arena, Dublin on February 2, 2027.
Last week, Nothing But Thieves showcased the record’s lead single ‘Evolution’ to 250 in-person in London and on a YouTube livestream.
Check out ‘Evolution’ below:
“It's a song that's not too concerned about finality,” the band explains. “I think imperfection and authenticity is becoming ever more valuable and it's definitely something we're drawn to.”
“We've spent some time trying to work out what's real and tangible about who we are and how we use our time. The people we travel the world with, the human moments on stage, the connection we make with those who come to our shows. That's real. It's a bit of a love letter to the people in our world in that way.”
Stray Dogs was recorded at Angelic Studios, where Nothing But Thieves made their debut record in 2015, and was written in unison over a dedicated 5-month period.
In 2023, Nothing But Thieves scored their debut No.1 album with Dead Club City, which marked their fourth Top 10 record following previous records Moral Panic, Broken Machine and Nothing But Thieves.
You can pre-order Stray Dogs here.
Tickets for Nothing But Thieves’ show in 3Arena go on sale on Friday, June 5 at 10am here.
