What better way to finish off the festive season than a celebration with the best of women's writing at the Irish Writers Centre on January 6?
Women's Christmas at the Parnell Sq centre will see readings from the coolest and edgiest writer on these islands at the moment Joanna Walsh as well as Evelyn Conlon, Mary O'Donnell, Michelle Read, Sally Rooney and Lisa McInerney whose The Glorious Heresies was for many the book of the year.
Also featuring a reading from Sinéad Gleeson, there'll be music from Glen Hansard's bezzie Lisa O'Neill.
