Newton Faulkner announces Irish dates

Hot Press’ old pal Newton Faulkner returns to live duty next April with shows in the Dublin Olympia (7) and Belfast Limelight (8), tickets for which go on sale on Friday.
One of the people who opened the solo performer door for the likes of Ed Sheeran, Jamie Lawson and our own Gavin James, Faulkner’s fifth album, Human Love, drops this week.
The video for lead single, ‘Get Free’, finds Faulkner hacking off his trademark dreadlocks and embarking on a new beginning. It’s good to have him back!
