A new dawn for Dublin's nightlife is on the horizon, with Centre Point set to open next week.
A brand new club will open in Dublin next weekend called "Centre Point" at the famous Button Factory in Temple Bar.
Already known for their live shows, the club will occur at the "club space" within the venue in an exciting development for the capital city's clubbers in residence.
In a statement on their Instagram, Centre Point said that "Clubbing is the social fabric of our society. Our city has been losing clubs, spaces to dance, meet, learn and escape. We have been starved of the unifying and euphoric experience of clubbing for the last 20 months.
We have taken this time to re-imagine, refresh and invest in one of the city's longest-serving music venues - The Button Factory - bringing its club experience into the year 2021 (and beyond) as Centre Point."
Their official opening will feature George FitzGerald as a special guest on October 29 next week.
The news comes on the same day that nightclubs in Ireland are set to reopen at full capacity after the updated COVID-19 restrictions revealed by the Irish Government.
After the government's announcements on Wednesday, it was further clarified by Minister Catherine Martin yesterday that not only will nightclubs be allowed to operate from October 22, but indoor live shows will also be allowed to have a standing audience of up to 1,500 people.
Tickets and further information about Centre Point's upcoming nights are available here.
