Mr. Slim

Recorded on the grounds of Wicklow's opulent Powerscourt House, The Powerscourt Tapes is a pretty cheerful little EP from Hamlet Sweeney, but only on bitter funk ditty 'Mr.Slim' does the Dublin singer-songwriter really get it right. That said, Mr. Sweeney's cheeky beatboxing deserves a review all its own.
