Motivation

Despite not releasing an album since 2007 (yeah, I don't get it either), Kelly Rowland knocked out floor-filler after floor-filler in 2010, none more potent than the David Guetta-produced super stomper 'Commander'. 'Motivation' is something entirely different - an electro-minded slow jam that's a million miles away from her last collaboration with Lil' Wayne (on Destiny's Child number 'Soldier' in 2004). This steamy ballad is not without its charms, though - just be warned that you may have to trade your krump solo on the dancefloor for a dry-hump in the corner.
