The Windmill Live show comes in the run-up to Moncrieff's major headline tour, which takes him to cities across Europe and the UK in November and December. He's set to cap off the run of gigs with a string of Irish dates, including New Years Eve in Dublin Castle.

Earlier this year, the award-winning artist offered us a tantalizing taste of what to expect from his upcoming debut album, with the release of 'Love Somebody' his first single from the project.

"This is the first step into a chapter that I’ve been dreaming about for as long as I can remember," he said at the time.

Next week's unique Hot Press showcase is the latest in a long line of celebrated gigs, following unforgettable performances from The Academic, Gavin James, Lisa Hannigan, The Coronas and more.

Having earned plaudits from music industry icons such as Elton John and Avicii, Moncrieff has been spending time at the world-renowned Grouse Lodge studios,  finishing up production on his upcoming debut LP. The project is expected to be released in Spring 2024 via Energie/Warner.
