Metallica to go on tour next year

In support of their new album Hardwired To Self Destruct, Metallica will return to tour next year.

Thus far the band have only confirmed that they will be touring the US but have yet to confirm any dates. In an interview with Rolling Stone Lars Ulrich, the band's drummer said,'We're going to start pretty much full-on touring in January and are looking to figure out what we're doing in North America, but there will definitely be some pretty extensive touring in America.'

Hardwired To Self Destruct is set for a November 18 release and features 80 minutes of all new material
