Matt Lunson announces Dublin gig
The Tasmanian singer makes himself cosy in Ireland.
After a successful solo debut and world tour, Matt Lunson has announced that he will be headlining at Whelans, Dublin on March 27.
Those familiar with Lunson will get a chance to hear some of their favorite tracks from 2005's Miss Vaughan and also check out his new material for the follow up album.
Whilst Miss Vaughan was recorded almost in its entirety by Matt in his native Tasmania, new material will be recorded in Ireland with his band and early reports see a dynamic sound brewing.
“Every band member has been contributing to parts and arrangements. I recorded the last album in complete isolation, so with this one, I want it to sound like a room full of people with lots of ideas. The best way to do that is to have a room full of people with lots of ideas!”
