Looking Hot

If we can all just stop ooh-ing and aah-ing over Gwen Stefani’s age-defying hotness for one darned minute (jealous? me? precisely), we’d realise that ska-loving rabble-rousers No Doubt are once again releasing music, and that, while the new material is nowhere near as life-changing as pop masterstrokes like ‘Just A Girl’, it’s a lot of good, clean, listenable fun. ‘Looking Hot’ is the newest quirk rock feast to be added to the pile, and although it’s unashamedly empty-headed, thanks to Stefani’s unwavering charm, it’s an empty-headed keeper.
