Justin Vernon of Bon Iver has taken a turn as a producer, working on the forthcoming record of the indie pop band The Rosebuds. Sand + Silence will be released August 5 through Western Vinyl and has seen the first track released from it, Blue Eyes', featuring Vernon and Bon Iver's Matt McCaughan on guitar, keyboards and drums.
