Last Orders to celebrate release of 'Spring and Summer' with Facebook Live gig
The duo's Whelan's Dublin debut was cancelled as a result of COVID-19.
After releasing their third single, 'Spring and Summer', Last Orders have decided to bring their live set to the home audience via Facebook Live this Friday.
Despite the cancellation of their Whelan's live debut alongside Donegal singer-songwriter Ronan Friel, Last Orders will broadcast a concert-like experience on Facebook to make up for the loss.
The collaborative double bill was set to take place on May 18 before the coronavirus pandemic led to the cessation of gigs nationwide.
The Carlow band are prepared to use the Facebook Live social media platform on May 29th to their advantage using their background in Twitch.tv streaming.
Their latest feel-good track, 'Spring and Summer', was produced entirely in Last Orders' own home studio.
Blending crowd vocals from a live performance and their studio recordings; the duo added the much-needed energetic fullness and participation of a live audience to the track.
