Lark In The Park cancelled
Poor ticket sales have led to the plug being pulled on the County Down three-dayer.
The summer festival season has claimed its first victim with April 29 to May 1’s Lark In The Park in County Down being pulled due to poor ticket sales.
“Various factors played a part but primarily the current economic climate and its knock on effect on our ticket sales have lead to this decision,” says a spokesperson. “Lark In The Park would like to thank all those who have given their support to our event and we hope that we can re-group and hold the event again next year. All those who have tickets can return to point of purchase for a full refund.”
Headline acts that were to have played included Athlete, The Divine Comedy, Tinchy Stryder and Razorlight.
