KNEECAP announce limited edition 'H.O.O.D.' vinyl with Mo Chara's Coachella speech on b-side
"The Irish not so long ago were persecuted at the hands of the Brits, but we were never bombed from the fucking skies with nowhere to go," said Mo Chara in his Coachella speech.
KNEECAP have announced the release of a limited edition 7" vinyl recording of 'H.O.O.D.' featuring Mo Chara's Coachella speech on the b-side.
According to a post on the band's Instagram, the vinyl will only be available to those who purchase online or in-person tickets to their upcoming livestreamed concert.
The vinyl will cost $20 (€17) plus postage and will not be reissued.

At KNEECAP's highly anticipated Coachella set in April, they displayed pro-Palestine messages such as "Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people" and "Fuck Israel, Free Palestine."
Mo Chara delivered a speech on stage about the parallels between Irish and Palestinian experiences.
"The Irish not so long ago were persecuted at the hands of the Brits, but we were never bombed from the fucking skies with nowhere to go," Mo Chara said.
"The Palestinians have nowhere to go. It’s their fucking home and they’re bombing them from the skies. If you’re not calling it a genocide, what the fuck are you calling it?"
The livestream of their performance was cut short after they led an anti-Margaret Thatcher chant. Festival organisers claimed they were "blindsided" by the band's pro-Palestine messaging.
The same month, UK counter-terrorism police announced they were reviewing footage of a November 2024 concert where Mo Chara allegedly held up a Hezbollah flag. The band has denied the allegation, saying the flag was thrown on stage by an audience member.
Mo Chara was charged with a terrorism offence for the incident in what the band called a "carnival of distraction."
After multiple court appearances, the case was thrown out by the chief magistrate at Woolwich Crown Court on September 26 over a technical error in the way the charge against him was brought.
KNEECAP previously cancelled all 15 US tour dates planned for October due to the timing of the September 26 court appearance.
In place of the US shows, they announced their one-off livestreamed concert set for October 10.
The performance, which will feature yet-unrevealed special guests, will be broadcast globally at 9:00 p.m. EST (2:00 a.m. IST) on a ticketed livestream. There will also be a ticketed showing at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, New York.
Livestream access is on sale now for €13 via KNEECAP's website.
