Kings Of Leon bassist plays DJ set
The Kings Of Leon are in town this weekend to play Oxegen, and bassist Jared Followill plans to make the most of his visit by playing a DJ set in Dublin tonight.
Tonight (July 6) Kings Of Leon bassist Jared Followill will play a DJ set at Dublin's Tivoli Theatre on Francis Street.
The gig is organised by Corona, who plan to bring a host of high profile artists to Ireland for one-off DJ nights. Future guest DJs include The Specials’ Terry Hall and Tim Burgess from the Charlatans.
Jared, the youngest of the Tennessee rockers, is the latest musician to man the decks for Corona's late-night events, which run from 11pm till late.
Tickets are free and available through the website www.myspace.com/coronachoice
No word on whether or not his brothers will join him at the Tivoli, but here’s hoping they make it a family affair.
