Soda Blonde announce People Pleasure EP vinyl launch show
They will play Dublin’s The Button Factory on July 25.
Dublin-based indie pop band Soda Blonde have announced a special People Pleasure EP vinyl launch show in Dublin’s The Button Factory for July 25.
The night will also include a DJ set from drummer Dylan Lynch at O’Regan’s Bar until late.
It will coincide with the release of the EP on a limited edition crimson red pressing, set to only come out in a small number. The record will be available on Soda Blonde’s web store, in select record stores across Ireland, and at the launch show.

Originally released on May 9, People Pleasure was written, recorded, and produced entirely by the 4-piece. It explores what is described as "the quiet self-destruction that can come with the need to be wanted."
Soda Blonde, composed of Faye O’Rourke (vocals), Adam O’Regan (guitar), Dylan Lynch (drums), and Donagh Seaver-O’Leary (bass), have steadily built a following in recent years. People Pleaser follows three earlier EPs: Terrible Hands (2019), Isolation Content (2020), and I Still Have Feelings for You (2021).
Most recently, the band wrapped up their UK and EU tour at the end of May, and will play a date in Galway’s Roisin Dubh on July 23.
Tickets for Soda Blonde's vinyl launch show go on sale Wednesday July 2 at 10am.
