King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard release fifth studio album of 2017 Gumboot Soup

Psychedelic stand out kings of 2017, King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard released their brand new album yesterday (Saturday 30th) making it the fifth (yeah, you read that right) album they've released this year.

Gumboot Soup follows Flying Microtonal Banana, Murder of the Universe, Sketches of Brunswick East, Polygondwanaland.

Earlier this year the Australian rockers stunned their fans by deciding to release Polygondwanaland for free on Digital, CD and Vinyl allowing anyone to make their own pressings of the record and sell it for profit if they want.

“We do not own this record. You do. Go forth, share, enjoy" the band said at the time.

Gumboot Soup is available to stream now on the groups bandcamp and can listened to in full on YouTube.
